Shipping was great and item is exactly as pictured. I love the hand written note. As some one who works in the OR my hair must be secured. The elastic allows this hat to expand but it’s missing the toggle to make sure my hair is completely secured and not at all exposed. Stuck between keeping it and sending it back.
