Golf Balls Surgeon style Surgical Scrub Hat. One size fits all. Made from Golf Balls and Golf Tees Accent cotton fabric. Ties in the back to adjust to any head size. Tie is made with matching Doubled Bias tape. This scrub cap allows plenty of room to tuck long hair up inside!
This cap may be purchased with or without the monogram. The letters of the monogram are approximately 1" tall. The monogram is sewn on the left side of the cap. If you do not choose a thread color, I will choose a color that corresponds with the cap. If you do not choose font, I will use the font shown in the sample.
If purchasing the bouffant with the monogram, please list the preferred Font. Also, please list the name to be monogrammed and the thread color! Font #1 -Monica, #2 - Hannah, #3 - Jeanette, #4 - Sarah.
Fabric is machine washable in cold water and tumble dry on low heat!
Matching Golf Ball Fabric Chapstick Key Chain can be purchased separately. This Key chain may be attached to a golf Bag, Badge Reel, Lanyard or used on an actual Key Chain! It measures 3.5 X 1.5 inches including the tab on top. This key Chain Chapstick holder holds a standard sized Chapstick! Please note that the fabric may look slightly different from what is pictured due to how the pattern is in the fabric when cut! Key Chain may be washed by hand with a mild soap and dried flat on a towel. KEYCHAIN DOES INCLUDE CHAPSTICK!
